This was a very upsetting experience and I would highly discourage anyone from using Fiesta Transmission. My Mom's car wouldn't start and since this business is advertised on Christian radio stations, one of our Pastor's suggested she have it towed there. Unfortunately, the whole thing was a nightmare. They would not get back to my Mom to give her any information about what was wrong with the car. After about a week they told her she needed to have the fuel pump replaced. They did not call to tell her it was ready and about a week later My Mom called again to find out how much longer. They told her that because they were giving her a deal on it, it was not a priority for them. They had the car at least two weeks. Then after about two weeks, the car wouldn't start again. I had to pick my Mom up from a parking garage while the tow truck driver dropped her car off at Fiesta. My mom called to let them know she was having the car dropped off. After two days of not hearing from them, my Mom called to see what they had found and they told her it started fine for them. I and the tow truck driver are witnesses that it would not start! The owner/manager? Bob did not want to do anything more to find out what was wrong. He just wanted her to come pick it up. She asked if there was anything at all he could do to find out why this happened - we asked if he could run a diagnostic or something? He gave her the run around and basically just told her he would keep it and check to see if it wouldn't start for him. He was extremely rude and put out over it. Once again, he had the car for two weeks but did nothing. We went to pick up the car and yes, a few weeks later it broke down again. By this time, Bob is really put out and makes that point very clear to my Mom. He very reluctantly agreed to put another fuel pump in. And finally, I write this review because my Mom's car broke down yet again with the same problem!! This time the car actually worked for about 2 months before it broke down again. We had it towed to a different place who easily ran a diagnostic and said it was the fuel pump. My mom called Fiesta Transmission to let them know and Bob said - quote "I really don't care anymore." He told her that she didn't pay him very much in the first place and he would just reimburse her the $300.00 but that he didn't want to deal with it! I am infuriated with how he has treated my mom and not bothered to get to the bottom of what is wrong. Meanwhile I am driving her to and from work and she has to pay another place to do the job right. From the review I read above, it sounds like this is just their way of doing business. If they don't like you, they will just pay you off to get you out of their hair but not fix your car. I do not know how they stay in business. I have never been witness to anything so awful in a service department. It is not only horrible customer service, but just plain unacceptable behavior from one human being to another who is in need.
