PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY IS NOT RECOMMENDED. I purchased a couple of items from this site 10/12/2009, as their prices were lower than most and they had a particular item we were interested in for our event. I checked the status a couple days later and it stated it was shipped on 10/14/2009. As of 10/28/2009 I had not received my items, which I had paid $18.95 for 3 to 6 day shipping. When I e-mailed the company I got a reply back in a couple days stating it would be 3 to 6 days until I received my items, however, it had already been longer. After a few e-mails back and fourth and then some not responded to, I mentioned I would be contacting the BBB within 48 hours if I did not have a full refund or my items. This was on 11/10/2009. On 11/11/09, I conveniently received an e-mail stating that my packaged was returned undeliverable and a full credit would be issued. I disagree that my package was returned undeliverable as they had not mentioned this until I mentioned the BBB, nor were they responding to me up until this point either. I verified my address on the order and it was correct. I have never had an item "undeliverable" before and I order offline frequently. I did receive my credit on 11/11/09 in full, however, it's still the point that they are out there doing business this way and getting away with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would try to deter anyone from purchasing, at least without reading the reviews and being cautious. Thumbs down on this company.
