Back in sept. Of 2011, I went to this dealership because they were the only ones at the time that had a Black Honda CR-Z that I was in the market for. I knew what I wanted and what price to expect. Their sales consultant that helped me was the only one there I would rate high, Mr. Hassan Nowbari. The salesman, lazy and wouldn't even get off of his chair to assist me. The Finance Manager, Frank, a true snake, nothing but B.S. and looking to nickel and dime you every step of the way. This shouldn't have taken over three hours to complete and there wasn't really any other customers there.
The next day, I came back down to have one of the extras I purchased cancelled, I had to go through Frank, gave me nothing but grief, still got it cancelled. Come to find out two months later, my cancellation request wasn't even sent into Honda financial services. Good thing I have a copy of the receipt.............WOW!!!!!
Never again! am I going to this dealership, I expected more
STAY AWAY!!!!
