Expedient Relcoation arrived three days late to pick up our household goods. The driver did not properly protect our belongings and damaged a few items. Expedient never responded to my inquries until I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Even after Expedidient had agreed to pay, they came up with excuses and I never got my refund.
DO NOT HIRE EXPEDIENT RELOCATION, INC.
