On Aug. 23, 2009 at around 5:30 pm, a couple of excel towing trucks came to Barrington apartments in Rancho Cucamonga to tow away cars without parking stickers of which according to "Dan" (claimed supervisor) the Barrington management called them in. However, excel towing towed away cars that were on a visitor's parking space area. One of the excel tow truck had to return one of the cars he towed from the visitor's parking space because maybe he realized he made a mistake and "Dan" also acknowledged this mistake after the owner of the towed car argued to Excel about it and called the authorities. This incident clearly presents that this company does not know their limitations and they can make mistakes without repercussions.
