Excalibur Financial contacted me and convinced me after over an hour on the phone to accept their services. I agreed, but an hour later called them back to tell them I changed my mind. They had all my credit card info and informed me that we had a verbal agreement. They took $990.00 from me. They would have gotten more but I was apprehensive and they agreed to less. I have received nothing from them even though they promised me $4,000 in savings and I cannot contact them by phone or web. I contacted the BBB and they were unsuccessful as well. I guess I just have to count my losses and go on. I have a moderate income and this has hurt me financially. So please be aware! Recently another company called Excite Financial, from New York, accessed my credit card and maxed it out. I believe this is related to the same company. I am currently waiting to hear back from my credit card company on this matter. I have never heard of Excite Financial. Beware as well.
