Evike isn't perfect but if you know what you're doing, it's more than good enough.

I, personally have had only a few, small problems with evike. Overall I have been very, very impressed with the quality of the products they carry, and yes like all businesses they do have problems, I for example have been waiting for about three weeks for the JG civilian AUG to come back into stock, however I also have no idea how long it takes for JG to ship to them, so I have no idea if that's unreasonable or not.
My first order from evike was a JG G36 and in all the pictures it had a scope and a grip, so naturally I was a bit upset when it didn't come with them, however when I reviewed the page I saw that, in fact it said
"*Scope and grip in image not included."
So, although still upset I could only blame myself. That gun work 100% as expected (without any matinence) for about a year untill a friend and I attempted to replace the inner barrel, we ended up losing a piece to the hop up, although it still technically works, one might say it is less than optimal performance. Again this not the fault of evike, it is ours.
I personally have only once had a problem with evike's shipping. I was ordering a large package and to save money I used the code FREESHIP, the problem arose when, in the confirmation email I was told instead of the 3 day shipping I selected I was given "free shipping service" and I ended up waiting more than a week (still great seeing as how I live 3/5 of the way acrossed the country), when it did arrive everything I ordered was there and functional
a 509mm tight bore barrel
a high output mini battery
a smart charger
5 king arms AUG series Mid-Caps
and a roll of woodland Camo wrapping
(obviously a can't fully test everything yet because I don't have my aug, but the battery worked in my old M4 and the charger did too)
Every business is going to have problems, and asking as you do your research and make sure the gun is right for you and make sure all of your parts are compatible with your gun and you can't go wrong with evike. Evike is a very large researcher and it is ridiculous to expect them to handle every case perfectly, they could obviously make improvements and they themselves have said that in response to all these negative reviews. (on that point they also just copy and paste the positive response, but why pay someone a salary write the same thing every day when it's far more efficient to have them copy and paste the same response anyway) As for their imperfect customer service, when you run the largest store in your category without any customer service problems, please tell me.
Needless to say I will be using evike for as long as I play airsoft.
I almost forgot about their informative yet somewhat biassed YouTube channel.
