We just moved into a 100,000sq ft facility two weeks ago, so our shipping operation was stopped for a couple days in order to complete the relocation process. This moving notice was posted on our website.
We sincerely apologize if the move caused an extended delay on processing your order. Rest assured, our current processing time is returned to 1-3 business days.
