Hey everyone reading this!! So I just had to hop on here and talk alittle about my shopping and time dealing with Evike.com.
So I run a small Airsoft business in Kansas, I had been purchasing from some other places and sometimes from the Manufacturers. Time and time again I would see that my “wholesale” pricing was higher than Evike.com’s retail prices….. So I just set up my account and made my first purchase with Evike…
The ease of processing our order seemed to easy. Selected out items added to cart and checked out…. Wait … that was all.. Nothing else I needed to do??? Are you sure!? So I had to give them a call.. You know just to make sure that I wasn’t missing something. ( If you have not ordered from somewhere else then you might not understand how hard it is to make an order as a whole saler from some of these places)
So a customer service rep picks up and handles me like a pro, You have an order number SIR? ( again shocked that I was being called SIR ) I sure do.. 193**** . He says” I see this is your first wholesale order with Evike.com”, I say “yes it was and Im just trying to make sure that everything went smoothly because it seems too easy.” Customer service rep says “ Yes, everything appears to be fine and you should receive a tracking number shortly once your order has left our warehouse.”
So here is the cool part, I hang up and I get an email about 45 seconds later stating our conversation. AND when I wake up in the morning I see that I had another email from them…. A TRACKING NUMBER!! What.. It was only a few hours ago I had placed my order… That cant be.. I check it on UPS.com to see that it has indeed left and on its way to me.
I cant believe it. I now have the order 4 days after ordering, only 4 days.. Most processing time’s are 7-10 DAYS! I get my package at my door step in 4 days from California to Kansas.
I will be EXCLUSIVELY recommending Evike.com to every player and only be placing my future Airsoft orders through Evike.com!!
