I have to say, I have heard many good reviews and stories about great business etiquette from Evike.com, however, I have to say I am very unsatisfied with my experience with them. I placed a few items in my cart online, keep in mind i did not actually order them, and I found in my bank account the next day not one but two charges relating to the items in my cart! Evike.com had placed these orders for me! It was quite a hassle having to call my bank and sort this out. I have to say, when a company can not ensure the safety of your money, I would not see them as trustworthy. Sorry Evike.com, but you lost me as a customer. Please do not get me wrong, I enjoy the products Evike.com has, they treat their customers well enough and such, but for me, my money has to be safe.

Dear Customer,
This is the first time we've received a report about an order charged without confirmation. Did you enter in your credit card # or hit the back button?
The only time it will result a duplicate charge on your credit card or bank statement is if you entered the incorrect billing information the first time.
For security purpose, your credit card company or banking institution will put a hold on the fund for 2-3 days. After they've received confirmation that the charge did not go through, it will be released back into your account. This is a standard practice by all major credit card companies Visa/Master card/American express. You are welcome to verify it with your credit card company.
Evike.com is SSL secured and all credit card payments are processed through a 3rd party credit card company, not Evike.com. Evike.com does not store any credit card information to ensure 100% safety for our customers.
