Going to this bridal shop was the worst thing I could have done. My experience falls right in with all the negative reviews. I ordered my dress in April 2011, my fitting was due august. I arrive to the shop in august, the dress had never even been ordered. I couldn't get my money back from them so I continued to wait until the next deadline they gave me: Oct 25. It is now Oct 25 2011 and I cannot get hold of anyone in the store. It is 3 weeks away from my wedding. I have driven down twice to find the shop closed. I have called the manufacture of my dress (Maggie sottero) and they are trying to help me locate them. When I called the distributor they informed me the dress had never even been paid for that it is just waiting in the warehouse. I too will file a formal lawsuit against this business after my wedding.
