very disapointed

Oh! What a great disappointment. I bought a wig from the Dadeland store in Miami, Florida. I did not realize that it had a defect in the front of the wig. I had to go twice to the Dadeland store to be able to talk to the manager who was unhelpful and kept on saying I have to go to corporate in the Sawgrass area for them to see the defect themselves to be able to replace it even though she admitted that the wig has a defect. I had to drive 80 miles back and forth thinking that they will stand by their product. To my disappointment they kept on accusing me that I straightened the ends and that is why they will not replace it. The defect is on the top left of the wig. It is stitched incorrectly and you could tell that it is a wig on that side. A $470.00 wig should have been better made. They refused to address the correct problem and kept on arguing about that the wig has been straightened. I did not touch the wig. I did not straighten the ends of the wig. I wanted them to admit that my wig is not well made like the other wigs in the store but they had to add insult to injury by saying that it is my word against theirs and by pulling the hair a little to the front I will be able to cover the defect. I am very disappointed with their service.
