Elite Automotive: My Perspective of a Real Professional BMW Master-Tech
If you are looking for an alternative BMW Dealership to take your car to for regular maintenance or anything BMW related, you have found the PERFECT place! I would like to start off by emphasizing the level of expertise the Owner of Elite Automotive, Rudy, has to offer. After being referred to this shop by a very close friend, also a BMW enthusiast like myself, I was very curious as to see what this one shop had over any other shops around the Los Angeles area. The day I took my car in was one to remember; I was treated with a lot of respect and I felt the level of professional work that Rudy performed in his shop on other cars; an experience that is, I would like to say, legendary. I have had experience with several different shops including EuroRev, Renn-Spec, Paulee, etc. Nothing topped my experience at Elite Automotive.
The background story goes as follows: About a couple months ago, my E46 M3 started dropping miles per gallon exponentially. It got to the point where I was getting a maximum of 170 MILES PER TANK. It was very strange as I had no idea where the problem was coming from. I searched all over the internet, all over the forums for a definite answer and nothing would help. I took my car to many MANY shops beforehand only to get ripped off and told that my SMG clutch is done at 49,000 miles or my subframe is cracked just to perform useless, expensive work on my car that would not fix the problem but at the same time be VERY costly to fix. When I took my car into Rudy's Shop a couple weeks ago, I was treated with the uttermost respect, something that wasn't even achieved at the local dealerships, or should I say STEALERships. Rudy gladly inspected my car to diagnose the problem, and quickly called me the day after with a couple service sheets explaining the problems my car was experiencing. Fast forward about a week and my car is running like new again! It honestly put a smile on my face! Rudy performed extremely professional work on my car including Inspection II service (spark plugs, oil, all filters, transmission mounts, rear bushings, brakes), fuel pump replacement, SMG Water Pump replacement and MUCH more; he even took the time to drive my car around several times throughout the day to pin point all of the loud rattles coming from the rear end, all the loud squeaks from underneath the car, etc. I was absolutely shocked at the final quote to replace all these parts + labor compared to the quote I was given at the local dealerships; a fraction of the price that saved me big time! Not only was this another plus that Rudy has to offer but overall, I have never had a better experience with a Mechanic, yet alone a BMW Master-Technician. I have achieved Peace of Mind once again, thanks to Rudy's ultimate level of expertise.
Rudy at Elite Automotive is My Perspective of a REAL Professional BMW Master-Technician who does HONEST work to satisfy his customers in every possible way he can.
I am very proud to say that Rudy is now my primary Mechanic who I will definitely go back to in the future if any problems occur with any one of my cars, or my family's cars.
I am a forum member on M3forum.net, and also a BMW Enthusiast who really enjoys and gets a kick out of driving my car. The past few months really took away from the love for my car because it was becoming un-drivable due to the severe roughness and clunkiness of the car, not to mention the several squeaks and random noises coming from all over the car. Rudy took each and every single one of my problems away like a MIRACLE and I would like my word to reach out to any individual who is looking for a nice, reputable shop.
Bottom line: Rudy at Elite Automotive is My Perspective of a Real Professional BMW Master-Technician. He will not let you down!
