I agree with the other review posted about Eli's Independent BMW. As a decent and honest customer, I was completely taken advantage of and not given what I was promised, relating to repairs on my car. The younger son of the primary owners runs the place thinking he is a hot shot, and turns around screwing customers. He does not care, they will do anything to get their way, and screw everyone as long as they get paid by the insurance companies. They are only decent with people they cannot reasonably screw with, be it local hot shot industry people being referred to their business. Do not deal with these crooks. The body shop business gets a bad rap, and it is not fair to generalize but these guys truly are crooks.
