I first would like to the thanks the sales Rep at ElectricStep who provided me with the best customer service that I have even been given. Management at this company is doing something right. The Rep answered my questions and was able to point out some critical details of the install that I was hesitant about. Even when the rep was unsure of a certain detail, he was able to conference called the Tech guy at AMP Research (Bruce) to make sure that my question was answered correctly. (my thanks to Bruce as well) What was more surprising was that Electric Step assured me that the item I was ordering was in stock and that they controlled the largest inventory in the country. I ordered my steps on Monday and my order was delivered by Wednesday. WOW. I would recommend anyone who wants to be treated like a valued customer to buy from Electric Step.
