Do not do business with Elder Care Direction. My mother entered into a contract with this company and a DBA called Uncommon Perspective Group, run by a David Dempsey. We entered into a contract with this company to apply for Medicaid for my father who requires skilled nursing. We provided them with an upfront fee and a hearty investment, with the agreement that my mother would received installments. David Dempsey was arrested on 26 counts of felony larceny for taking a considerable sum of money from another elderly woman. we have since been made aware by the arresting detective that there are more than 8 other possibly victims of this fraudulent company, including my mother. we are not certain we will ever see all my parents hard earned money again. Stay away from this company at all costs.
