Who are these people?

The rudest customer service. They are a collection agency pretending to be a bank litigation service. They threatened me and when I was asking them direct questions hung up. Julio was trying to bully me, and Rose just simply didn't feel like talking and
hung up. They broke so many laws during a 5 min phone call that I don't even know where to start...well, my lawyer will.
