These have got to be the rudest bunch of people. They do not start off telling you who they are and what the call is about. Started with jail threats and court dates. They have called friends, family, and ex-employer BUT not me. When I received the message that someone was looking for me, I called them. I have never received a phone call or letter from them. The very first contact I have had with them...and they are rude. I am not sure how things run in Canada, where they are located, but in the US kindness and respect get you a lot further than being rude and insulting. One star is more than they deserve...but the least I can give.
