Horrible Customer Service

We have never rec'd anything from this company, not a letter, phone call, nothing. They called my dad, my brother, and ex employer, telling all that they need to remind me of a "court date". They gave all 3 a document # and was rude to all 3. When I called, the document # was for an acct my wife has, and I was rudely asked if I handle all her legal issues or just today. I said the word "sh*t" and the lady said I was being vulgar and hung up on me. I called back and was told by the same person that if I didnt apologize, I wasnt going to be talked. I was hung up on 6 times before I sarcastically apologized. During that time I was told she could hang up on me all day and lets see whos phone bill is higher. After I apologized, she immediately put me on hold and transferred me to Corbin Romano. He was just as rude so I hung up on him. My wife called when she was able, and he was completely rude to her. When she asked when the "court date" was, he stumbled on his words and said he could email her all the information. This happened yesterday, and to this point, she has rec'd nothing. there is no reaon they could not have called her directly. we have had the same phone #'s for almost 17 years, and the same address for 10 years. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL.
