I purchased a continuous ink system on September 20, 2010 from ULTRAGAMUT.COM (a sub company). It was taking awhile to arrive from Palmdale so I sent an email to query and received no response. I tried the toll free number several times and only got a computer. I tried the live chat with no success. Once the product finally arrived, the instructions that came with it were only generic in nature (not specific to my printer). I tried to set up the system and could not get it to work properly. In fact, it actually created an error with my printer that I could not clear. I decided that since I could not get a hold of anyone to correct the problem and help me install the system, that I would follow their instructions and return the system according to their instructions. I did so and even paid for the requested insurance and also for signature confirmation. I sent several more emails with no response as well as several more phone calls with no response or any success with live chat. The package was received and signed for on October 5, 2010. M. Myaskovsk signed for the package on October 5, 2010. I have since tried many more times to contact the company to receive my credit but have not gotten even so much as an email response. I followed their instructions exactly to get a full refund. Please follow this up.
