a salesman came to my door saying they will be doing work at my neighbors's home and that they have time in between appointments. I agreed to do an initial cleaning for 50.00 and that I did not want any future treatments. I wrote a check to do so in lieu of credit card for the purpose of any future charges. They called for an follow up appointment with a specific time. They came without my consent and posted a followup card indicating to call for access for the rear of property. I called and spoke to a representative and he said he would cancelled the contract. I said I never sigh up for any future services and that they understand that it was only for the initial spraying and that the contract was cancelled without any obligations. As times goes on, they keep sending me e-mails for payment (only sprayed front of property) for the full service. They have a record of the call. Now, they have forwarded to a collection agency for full payment. What an unethical company. Do not engage with this company.
