We have had our therapy pool since June, 2010, and are exceedingly satisfied with the quality of the pool. Recently, we had to replace a part and Simon went out of his way to make sure that everything was working correctly. This company is there for you, years after you buy the product. It is great to be able to contact them by email and phone... and get a response! We love our pool.
