Love my pool
|
My EZPool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought my pool 3 years ago after I had taken an aerobic class at our local uncovered pool in the summer. The closest year round pool is 40 miles away and considered driving 3 nights a week to exercise there. My I can get whatever I want personality said I am going to buy my own pool! I looked online for a day or so and came across EZPool website. I read the reviews and thought why not. I emailed Simon to see how much I would need to spend and if there were hidden costs. He emailed back within an hour and then called me. I told him my story and where and how I planned to use the pool. He suggested the therapy pool and explained why. He explained about the double wall and insulation the therapy pool had versus the other pool available. I told him about my husbands phobia about water and property. He's an insurance broker and has heard it all. His Mercedes is also parked in the garage adjacent to mine with a common wall. Simon said that would not be a problem. I put 2 feet of sandbags along the floor just in case. I ordered my pool. It arrived in a Seattle 1 day before my birthday but would not be trucked to my house for 2 days. I called Simon and asked him if the pool would fit in my sons 1983 Cadillac with only 3 doors that open. Simon thought for a minute and said yes it would. My pool was up on my birthday. I have used it once sometimes 2 times a day every day since then. I live in Southwest Washington where we have maybe 3 weeks total of below freezing days. I put teak snap together decking around the pool which makes it nice. The set up was done by my son and a friend of my husbands. It went pretty well. I would say it is a two man job for sure and one of them has to have some common sense. I have never had a pool or hot tub so I was clueless about all of it. It took a couple months for me to get a real handle on the chemicals the importance of keeping the pool covered when I wasn't using it. If anything a book on pools for dummies included in the package would be great. I have not regretted for one day that I bought this pool. I had a blood clot in my abdomen the year before I got the pool and I know I needed to keep active. I have always hated to exercise but swimming is different. It calms your mind and exercising is fun. I feel great when I get out and have lost 10 pounds. I have weights, noodles and a bungy for swimming. I am 6 feet tall so I got the 60 inch pool and it is perfect. A week or so ago when we changed the filter water spilled over onto the heater and pump and when the heater would run the control panel code said HLer and the pool would shut off. I emailed Simon with a video attached and he had a couple suggestion which we tried and than he called the heater manufacturer and we entered a code and it was fixed. If you are considering a pool that is affordable, very well made and great customer service this is the place. I love my pool!
