Poor constummer service, email them instead of calling
|
When I ordered an item I accidentally put my billing address as my shipping address. I tried calling all three numbers provided on their web page, and got the same answering machine message on all numbers. The next day I called again and left a message asking them to swap my billing and shipping addresses and to call me. I waited a couple days and got no reply. I also checked to see if they had sent a confirmatory email and could not find one anywhere, checked inbox and spam. Finally I decided to send them emails ( I send an email to every email account I found on their web page to increase my chances of a responce). They did respond initially saying they did not find my order, but later stating they found it. Intead of swiching my address as I had requested they sent it to my billing address; Whe I found out I asked them to change it as the package was still on it's way and the address could be changed, they refused. This store has good prices, but be careful their costumer service is not very good.
