Bill seemed very nice when signing the contract. But attempts to contact him to solidify the time and location of our engagement pictures were unsuccessful. Ten weeks before my wedding and a few days before my engagement pictures, bill was not returning calls so I was forced to get a new photographer; ended up costing a lot of money because it was last minute. He never called, never emailed..NOTHING! I did call him 8 weeks before my wedding and "cancelled" my contract on his voicemail and requested my 50% return of my deposit. I had to leave very angry voicemails to get him to send it and he finally sent it the week of my wedding. I do not recommend him to anyone.
