Domestic Uniform RIPOFF Stay Away
|
Do Not SIGN the contract , RUN FAR AWAY . After 1 year of good product and okay service the nightmare started . Uniforms that needed repair came back with unsightly patchwork , replaced garments were worn out, the techs wearing them looked like hobos ,often the wrong size or tailored in a sub standard way . Then things got worse MUCH worse . Domestic billing practices are suspect at best , Ex employees took way too long to be removed from the billing . At first some rags and fender covers came back with LARGE holes making them USELESS . It gets MUCH WORSE despite valid, numerous, complaints to route driver and calls to TOM HENCH the "service "rep. NOTHING AT ALL was done , the company made ZERO effort to address the issues. The fender covers started coming in oily , to the extent we had to clean and polish the fenders they were supposed to protect! !Soon a majority of the rags were useless as they were 1/3 the size of a full rag and looked like they had been shot with a canon ball. The kicker was when fenders on customers cars were DAMAGED from metal shards left behind by poor cleaning at domestic . That was it . It was costing me MONEY to use the sub standard crap they delivered week after week. We told them to remove the products . No one from domestic even reached out to us the entire time we were a good paying customer account ,with valid issues that prevent us from trusting domestic , we could not even use the products. But we were paying for them . No quality control visits , no phone calls ,no visits or reach outs at all from anyone in the company . NADA . Three months later I get a legal notice from Marc Coultons legal dept saying WE breached the contract and we owe 22 k for service thru the year 2017 !!!! To date It has cost me 5 k to defend and we are not thru yet . Dealing with this bunch of unscrupulous, Legal heavyweights might cost me 30 k !! They have an airtight contract , and do not care at all about providing industry standard service, or addressing valid customer complaints WHY ? Because they would rather strong arm small companies like mine by conveniently forgetting the efforts you have made to reason and get things resolved. Then they attempt to prosecute breach of contract .That is what they do best ! READ the fine print of the contract that was NEVER explained to you at all . DO NOT SIGN . In my opinion it is crystal clear Mr Coulton , and his company's policies need to be brought to justice . I can't imagine how many small companies have been victimized by this immoral, unfair group of legal beavers pretending to be a legitimate service company A class action law suit or attorney generals investigation is needed. This company needs to be C L O S E D for business . Please pass the word to prevent other small businesses from being victimized .With ANY uniform contract remove 1/2 the bullshit on the contract , cut the auto renew O U T and do not agree to the arbitration clause . If they won't agree to sign , find another service that WILL . The contract domestic uses IS NOT as standard to the industry as they want you to believe . So far we are happy with Aramark, and they agreed to a much modified contract. They are RESPONSIVE to some issue we have had and ACTED in a fair way to rectify the problems . Domestic never even acknowledged our complaints No matter how big , or how many branches they have ,R U N ,run and pass the word Domestic is POISON, from the very top, all the way down . It is great this country allows freedom of speech , so we can voice up against this type of injustice, using a forum like this . it IS great to be an American .

Mr Yaskin
As you are aware, we did not learn of any of the issues that you raise in this complaint until after you had already terminated our services in favor of another company. We were never given an opportunity to investigate or address any of these concerns. We remain prepared to honor our performance guarantees if you will bring your account current, cure all outstanding balances, and allow us to do so.
