Greg we are very sorry that you have found it necessary to make this posting. As we have told both you and Lisa, we were told by Mr Horowitz on multiple occassions that he was the manager of your facility. Based upon this, we invested significant monies to service your account. We were notified of some concerns that you had but were never given an opportunity to rectify those concerns or to attempt to renegotiate the agreement that Mr Horowitz signed. Our services were simply terminated and you still have not paid for many of the weeks of service that you received. We remain willing to work with you and address any concerns that you have.
