Great front desk, HORRIBLE logistics

Flew in and went to the car rental desk to pick up my prebooked car. The line itself was long, the longest in the rental lobby. The girl at front desk was very courteous and pleasant. We show up outside to pick up our car and there's ANOTHER line. Apparently
all the compacts, midsize & fullsize cars are out. So we wait an hour and change to finally secure our ride. 2.5 hours to pick up a reserved rental car! Unbelievable Dollar, c'mon. Your saving grace was the very nice lady at the desk who processed our reservation
