Never on Time - No Customer Service
I tried three weeks ago to reorder a project. They have my master artwork and DVD. After filling out the form to have this done, no one bothered to contact me. When I called today, they told me the reorder department was at a different location and that they couldn't give me the phone number to that location. They said that department could only be reached by e-mail (which they don't bother to answer!). I do know from past experience with this company that they don't deliver on time and that they have very poor customer service skills. They don't return e-mails or phone calls, and they always have an excuse. I have eventually gotten what I ordered, even if it is not exactly what I ordered (no shrinkwrap when I paid extra for it), so I guess I am one of the lucky ones. My advice is to stay away from this company.
