This customer is disputing the charges for the LEAP Online Software 30 Day Trial of which he/she ordered via the telephone. Because he/she did not call to return the software in 30 days they are now being charged for it as per the television advertisement, ordering system and Welcome Letter included with the package (included)
However, we have stopped all future software payments for this customer because he/she has called upset and past the 30 return policy. We have given this customer a discount on the software as a result, of which the customer has agreed to.
