To begin with it took us almost two months from the date of signed contract to the installation date. Delivered frames were much smaller than windows openings. I understand that installers tried to be safe and have enough gap between frames and walls at the time of installation and leveling. But, at least, do not try to safe foam and leave the holes between frames and walls. I constantly was asking to add some more foam in the gaps and some more screws to attach frames to walls. It looked like they were doing to us big favor to do so, but any way they did not do it right way. Nobody told me before the installation day that we have to paint ourselves the trims around the windows inside the house. Very next day I called to their office and let them know that installation is not completed. They did not finish attaching the trims to the walls (tried to save nails?); did not put caulking between trims and walls. Robin promised to call me back. I’ve got tiered to wait; rented compressor and nail’s gun, bought finishing nails and caulking and finished job myself. They call me back three weeks later, after I finished everything. I heard from different places that “Superior” is the best manufacturer, but I found their quality of the materials and assembling as very low. The frames are flimsy.
