We had most of our windows replaced and have liked them for the most part. The problem with Design Windows and Doors is mostly their "wait time". Don't ever expect anything to happen "soon". In the end, the job was satisfactory but nothing to write home about. The gals in the office are great with customer service but not really happy with Joe. After spending so much money you would think he would at least remember who we were within a few days but he had no clue. When we had some problems with "hidden screens" it took MONTHS to resolve since they get their shipments from Canada and they are few and far between..then imagine our surprise when the wrong size came. If we only had to deal with Kristi and Robin..things would be great..but to have to deal with Joe and the waiting..just not fun.
