The Company is innovative, and does a good job marketing their materials. I found the customer service personnel somewhat uninformed when it came to the return of products. I was given an RMA#, used it without opening the package. I decided this product was not for me, and the customer service representative with whom I spoke after a 15 day wait, still had not refunded my credit card. I have initiated an investigation through my credit card company. I recommend if you return a product to this company, do not use the United States Postal Service recommendation for returning it without the RMA number. Always return the product using the USPS with the return confirmation option. Pay the extra fee of $1.80 for the service will save you a lot of headaches and phone calls.
