Excellent General Contractor, Builder and Framing Contractor

Delapp Builders did the full framing for 850sf 2nd story addition, which included, new roof, new entry, wrap around deck, stairs, bathrooms, bedroom, etc. The project included significant work and repairs to first floor, including new walls, floors, and
foundation/structural enhancements. Hiring Damian was one of the best decisions we made in this large addition and remodel! Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. Damian did the initial phases of framing and foundation work for us. His knowledge,
advice, contacts in the construction field, and continued help to this day, have made us aware of what a skilled general contractor and builder he is. The quality of his work is evident. Nearly every tradesman who followed, asked who did the framing, structural
and carpentry work. I keep a stack of his business cards, and do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, for anything from basic framing and carpentry to full general contracting and building. During the project Damian was present each and every day. His
crew were friendly, polite and reliable. The job site was left neat, clean, and secure, at the end of the day. If there were questions, Damian easily explained the issues to us (acting as our own builder/contractor, this was often necessary) and then stepped
in to talk with other sub contractors, or our engineering/architect team, when needed. The contractors he has referred have all been top notch, fairly priced and do the same level of quality work as Damian. Damian is the first call we make when we have a question
that seemingly no one else can answer. And he will be the first contractor we call for any subsequent work.
