**Very POOR, RUDE, customer service** To my dismay, this company apparently has a lot of growing pains since opening a few years ago especially when it comes to adequately training the right employees to the true meaning of customer care. My finance called DCG customer care support and spoke to a disgruntled, mean, nasty, obnoxious rep who obviously hates his job and basically started yelling at my fiance and said he was lacking common sense of how to fix digital products. Excuse me?!? This guy was a basket case and had the audacity to yell so loud that I heard it coming thru the phone. Bad day for him I guess. Anyhow, this is a major disapointment and I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. It is unprofessioalism, obnoxiousness, and ignorance at it's best. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the grief of having to deal with psychos.
