This service is DISMAL and getting more Dismal.
Ever since they shipped their Customer Service, Billing, and Tech support overseas this company has gone down the toilet.
I have started 4 different companies with DSL Extreme (because AT&T was SO bad). I can see now that I am going to have to move them back to AT&T as soon as their contract is up.
