Cyberpower is ran bunch of snakes. They shipped me a computer where the CPU fan is blocked by the case fan and won't spin. They will not replace the CPU fan with one that actually fits in the case, they will only replace it with the same one that will not fit.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. There is an RMA issued and available for warranty replacement of your CPU cooler. With the cooler you have selected for your system, you will need to remove the side panel fan. By removing the side panel fan, you may also be able to relocate the fan to another available location on your case. If you have any further concerns, please contact cyberhd.tech@cyberpowerpc.com
