I have been a client of Cyber Defender for just over a year. I have had to call them several times and have ALWAYS been treated with professionalism, courtesy and understanding by the knowledgeable techs.
Even when my problem was truly not a Cyber Defender problem (but, rather, just my ignorance) the techs have always displayed great patience with this client. As long as I have a computer I will have Cyber Defender!
