A disgrace, a sorry excuse for a company. I have never experienced worse service. It's as if no one is there working at all. It takes at least 4 hours to even talk to a technician. I am fed up and will cancel my service once my call goes through. Yup, I'm on the phone right now, on hold. I wish you guys could hear this. I can't wait to be done with them.
