I have just started using cyber defender. I called them due to my computer not working correctly there very nice and understanding tech support took over my computer and worked on it till early in the morning and I then had to call them back the next afternoon and they worked on it a little more and now it is running like it did when I first got it. I am thankful that they are just a phone call away. They are very patient and understanding when it comes to you having a question. I like the idea that you do not have to send your laptop off anywhere to get it fixed. It stays with you and they fix it all remotely. Thank you to all who has helped me and who will help me in the future.
