I am NOT a computer person, but use one. I know nothing about how they work, but have discovered Cyber Defender and now if I have a problem, I just call them. They have excellent senior techs who really know what they are doing. They restored my computer, then I somehow lost my internet access and they were able to restore it today. My only wish is that I could go directly to the senior techs ;-) Sometimes the first responders don't listen to what you are saying.
