This company despite it being a recovery service, SUCKS. My vehicle was repossessed without my knowledge and without any warning from my financial institute, who claimed I was 6 months delinquent and they had not updated my new address of the past 2 years so they could not find me. This is the company that took my vehicle and it took me 5 days to get back. My fiancial company released it the day after it was seized and basically what Crown told me and specially the one woman who held the power to release my vehicle the day after, was that IT WAS A HOLIDAY AND SHE WAS LEAVING IN 15 MINUTES AND SHE WAS TIRED OF GIVING EVERYONE 5 MINUTES OF HER TIME AND HUNG UP ON ME when I asked for her name and superviser because I was going to press charges for extortion and delay tactics. This was merely a delay tactic to extort more storage fees from me which they did. I got it down from $700.00 to $500.00. When I did get my vehicle back they had the nerve to request that the exchange take place at the police department in ElMonte because they were AFRAID of me AND THE THREAT I MADE TO THIS WOMAN. This is the worst possible company to deal with and if you are as unfortunate as I was to find yourself in this mess, document everything and check your vehicle for your property because I did not get all of mine back and they damaged my vehicle in the process. Time will tell how they handle the claims part to repair my damage.
