Steve Gordon was very responsive. He contacted a local repair person and followed up when the job was done.
The local repair person, Steven Senter, is outstanding. He called to coordinate the time to come out on a Saturday. He was able to do a repair job with my left over carpet remnants. This was work others said could not be done. He was patient and asked if I had all the materials he would need. I picked up the carpet pad at Lowe's and it was the right material.
The experience was great.
