Cox does most of the work on our condominium association, including concrete,wrought iron, and woodwork. They are not painting contractors, but general construction. All of their jobs have been performed to very high standards and are of excellent quality. They have responded to emergency, and even semi-emergency, requests in an extremely timely manner, including holidays and weekends. They are liked by all of our homeowners, a community of over 200 condominium units, due to their friendliness and excellent quality work. They have also fully stood behind their work, redoing at no extra cost the rare item that didn't turn out quite as desired. They have completely replaced the concrete deck around our pool and redid the surface coat when it didn't look quite as anticipated when completed. They replaced the wrought iron fencing around our pool enclosure greatly enhancing its cosmetic look with beautiful columns interspersed throughout the perimeter. They have also replaced a large quantity of custom wood siding doing an excellent quality job. These are just a few of the fine jobs that they have done for the community over the years. Cox sets a very high standard of both work quality and customer support. We have been utilizing their services for over 5 years now and would not think of switching companies.
