owner does not ship in even a remotely timely manner, fails to respond to emails regardless of how important the email is for months at a time and does not accept phone calls.
when he finally does respond to emails he is rude and abusive and calls the customer names.
The owner then will ship items to the wrong address despite you telling him numerous times taht you moved.
The owner then will refuse to give a refund but after weeks of arguing will give in. Then the owner will take 16 months to respond to complaints filed through the better business bureau and when he does so he will flat out lie.
Store had an F rating of BBBs website until recently.
