My mother has a home in Laguna Woods retirement village that had an air cooling unit from the 60's that was not efficient or effective for cooling or heating. Since last winter she has either been in the hospital or assisted living with a variety of life threatening problems. I didn't make a decision to install central air and heat as I didn't know if she would be coming home. Her strength of spirit has enabled her to go home and I had to get the air conditioning installed quickly.
This is where Cool Air Technologies came to the rescue! Between Trish, Bill and Terri, we nailed down the pricing, contacted the City of Laguna Woods as well as the management company for the Laguna Woods Village for the permits and met with Bill and his installer for placement of the ductwork, unit and all its components -- all in less than two weeks!
Bill and his crew were on the job by the next Tuesday and finished it by Friday! I was amazed by the speed, professionalism and organization that it took to complete the job - and they were so nice!
I highly recommend their services and would use them in the future!
