I wanted to write a quick note, since I had such a great experience with this company. I had some trepidation, even though they checked out when I researched them. Despite their A rating with the Better Business Bureau, 100% money back guarantee, and high ratings of the law firm, I still had some lingering doubts. Call it paranoia or just healthy skepticism, but I had read about so many bad experiences that people have had trying to get this done through a 3rd party I almost didn't fax the agreement in. Boy am I glad I moved forward. It turns out all of my worries were for not. They managed to get my loan with Bank of America from 7.25% down to 3% fixed for the life of the life of the loan. Considering they told me it would probably be around 4% I was ecstatic as they surpassed their estimate. I'm saving thousands per year and would highly recommend this company. After I signed the official offer from the lender and sent in my payment, it was the best I've slept in months.
