After 2 lawyers took my money, Consumer Advocates removed my sale date and completed my modification

I have been trying for over 3 years to modify the mortgage on my home. During that time I worked with 2 different lawyers who I paid monthly, totaling over $10,000. They eventually told me it wasn't possible, and of course wouldn't refund my money since they said they earned it. I honestly didn't believe that Consumer Advocates was going to be able to help, but since they guaranteed it or my money back, I figured it was worth a last effort. I'm so glad I did. My payment was reduced by over $150 and everything I owed was added to my loan. I am now current on my payments and don't plan on defaulting ever again. I'm so pleased with them, and would recommend Consumer Advocates to my friends and family and anyone else who needs help with their mortgage.
