We took our desktop PC to Computer Doctors in Colton to have them recover data from a crashed hard drive, since they advertised data recovery as one of their services. After two and one-half weeks, they had not recovered any data, but insisted that they needed to keep our PC at least another week. We took the PC home, where we discovered they broke the back of the case, installed a 4-year old hard drive which they had sold to us as new, and left two expansion ports empty. We complained about the swapped/missing parts and received our money back, but were unable to recover the expansion port parts. Computer Doctors did not perform the work they claimed to be able to do, and they damaged our PC in the process. Do not patronize this company - you will be sorry. (We took our PC to a different company, who recovered all our data and installed a brand new hard drive in three hours.) Computer Doctors gets a zero-star rating from us.
