Commercial Investigations called me asking if I had any delinquent accounts that needed to be collected on, I do have an ever growing collection of delinquent accounts to do the recession and we started negotiating a contract. I sent them 6 cases to work on, they had success on a few of the cases and then contacted me about opting into a forwarding fee contract, which meant I payed an up front cost for full services including sending my dead beat debtors to court. They had already showed me a return on investment so I trusted CII and opt'ed for this contract. I payed them $3000 to send 4 collection cases into full services. I opt'ed for 2 accounts to be placed into this contract and one court case is already under way. These guys play hard ball with my debtors but it's getting me my money owed and due to me, so in my opinion they are doing their job.
